Bridging vision and execution in complex, cross-functional environments
Christina Doyle is a seasoned leader in innovation, strategic foresight, user research, and experience design. She has led cross-functional teams across innovation consulting, not-for-profit, and public institutions, with a leadership style that thrives in navigating the tensions between vision and execution, creativity and constraint, and short-term wins versus long-term impact.
At Idea Couture, Christina led global foresight programs for health clients, including Sanofi, Johnson & Johnson, and Google. She explored digital therapeutics, emerging health technologies, and future systems for urban health and wellbeing. As Head of Health Foresight, she aligned innovation strategies with clinical workflows, patient needs and long-range business planning.
At the Ontario Ministry of Health, she contributed as a senior policy advisor to the implementation of Medical Assistance in Dying—one of the province’s most complex health policy initiatives.
At Scotiabank, Christina served as Director of Design Strategy, leading customer-centered innovation across digital banking platforms and spearheading a Community of Practice for design and product to strengthen collaboration, enhance reporting, and elevate craft excellence.
She also introduced and built an innovation research and design team at the Canadian Standards Association, where she led the development of AI-enabled, digitally accessible experiences to modernize standards creation and support inclusive, resilient systems.
Christina helps organizations navigate complexity, build inclusive strategies, and design future-ready solutions. Her work blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, empowering teams to experiment, grow, and deliver impact.
She mentors emerging professionals as a sessional instructor at George Brown College, helping students build confidence, apply research skills, and connect theory to practice. Christina also provides strategic consulting to the leadership team at Social Innovation Canada, supporting mission-driven organizations in scaling their impact.
Whether modernizing legacy systems or launching new ones, Christina helps teams move from complexity to clarity—with a focus on user needs, team development, and long-term value.
